Executive Team

Mr Petricevic is a Chartered Accountant and member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Governance Institute of Australia.

He has more than 23 years’ experience across the accounting, finance and audit professions, including several years as an Audit and Assurance Partner advising boards, audit committees and executive leadership teams. Mr Petricevic has extensive experience in corporate governance, financial reporting, risk management and regulatory compliance within complex regulatory environments.

He brings significant expertise in financial strategy, governance and organisational leadership, and has worked closely with boards and senior management on matters including capital management, financial stewardship and governance frameworks.

Mr McCarthy is a geologist with 25 years experience in minerals exploration, project management and business development. He has held senior management and executive roles in multinational mining companies through to junior explorers and is experienced in all stages of the exploration process across a range of commodities. Mr McCarthy has been involved in the discovery of major economic mineral deposits including the +8Moz Tropicana Gold Deposit for AngloGold Ashanti and the Venus Nickel Sulphide Deposit for BHP. He has provided leadership-management and establishment of successful multidisciplinary teams and completed large-scale scoping and feasibility studies.

He has completed qualifications required to hold the statutory position of Exploration Manager under the WA Work Health and Safety (Mines) Regulations 2022.
